and the challenges that face firms and therefore look at new and
innovative solutions that allow firms to grow without exposing them to
too much risk. As the current market changes we need to be able to work
with firms and candidates together so as to achieve mutually beneficial
outcomes.
Since the start of 2010 a lot of adverts have talked about the need for
a following, this can be difficult to quantify in the current climate
and can lead to people feeling put off about applying for jobs. We
